They can change whatever about dh's, but as soon as warlocks lose that bullcrap we will see where we stand.
The problem is that plague of flames is actually fine...except when combined exactly with warlock galakrond. The drawback was intended to be that you lost your own stuff and card advantage with it. But the warlock invoke breaks this rule and make it overpowered.
