I think this is a card that has some potential, but I'm not convinced it has enough to justify keeping it longer than you're willing to hold it until there's a legendary that is meta-defining (like Zilliax) that you could dust it for.
Personally, I'd ditch it in favor of a card you're more interested in / has more potential. the design purposefully limits how many times you can bring Lucentbark back, and you only have so many cards that will heal for 5+. Not many of those cards play well with the meta, since we have a strong control vs aggro going on between warrior and rogue.
