I have a temporal solution for this. Right click on "Save deck" button -> Inspect (highlighted on the ss). Then double-click on class="button ... disabled" and delete it (highlighted on the ss). You get a plain clickable link to continue saving your deck.
Same issue as OP. I can't try the temporal solution because I'm on a mobile device. ETA: I tried this on two different browsers on my iPad: Safari and Brave. I had content blockers off, pop-up windows allowed, prevent cross site tracking off, and fraudulent website warning was disabled. Still, I was unable to save the deck in either browser.
ETA2: I was able to save the deck once I emptied ETC's sideboard. I was not able to add the cards back into the sideboard in Deckbuilder.
Other people are having this problem as well; everyone who has a sideboard works around it by posting sideboard contents in the comments. Hopefully this can be looked at.
I have another issue. I cannot separate two copies of the same card into Main and Sideboard. After I tried to add a second copy to Sideboard, the first one goes to Sideboard too. Also, I tried to import Hearthstone Deck Code and got the same problem - 29/30 Cards, 4/3 Sideboard Cards.

I can’t save decks with an ETC sideboard. Whenever I add sideboard cards the save button gets inactivated
We will look into this issue and report back.

Hey, I know it's been 6 months since the initial post and 3 months since the last reply, but this still seems to be an issue.
I'm only toxic to Big Priests and 'You Can't Play Anything' Shudderwock Shamans, because they deserve it.
Bump! How difficult can it be to fix this?
