Okay, we had a small blip yesterday evening, but that had to do with the uploading part of Innkeeper and was resolved. So please check again if things work by doing the following:
1) Start Innkeeper if it's not already running
2) Make sure you are on the latest version, which should be 0.4.39
3) Start Hearthstone
4) Navigate to the "Play" page and briefly wait there till Innkeeper starts syncing. This is not instantaneously as it used to be, but shouldn;t take 10 min either.
5) If Innkeeper doesn't respond, please exit both game and innkeeper and do a fresh install of the Innkeeper app
6) repeat steps 1 through 4
7) if still no reaction by Innkeeper, please look at the instructions on this forum on how to upload your Innkeeper Log file and create a NEW thread and upload the log and we will have the devs look into the issue.

Yesterday it was saying that my collection isn't available to be synced but when I log on to the site, I realized that Inkeeper synced my collection successfully.

its working now i updated mine but still missing the last 2 xpack cards
Now it syncs the decks (although not the new cards or DH decks).
Card collection doesn't work and it hasn't worked since I returned to HS a few months ago. Oddly enough on Heartpwn it seems like I have 2 accounts. One says I hadn't logged for 2 years. But when I change menues it switches and says I just created that acc a few months ago. WTF?
When I press on "view my collection" in Innkeeper app it gets me to this account called "Collection" that was supposedly created 2 years and 7 months ago and last active in 2017.
When I press upper right on that account it ports me to my original account called madrung and says it was created 1 month ago last active 1 minute ago.
None of the accounts have any real information in them and I hvae not created any accounts at those dates since I was using Heartpwn waaaay before that in college.
I've done some more digging. Collection account is not mine. It is some kind of bug. I see it has 27 followers and is empty. Why does it redirect me to it, when I want to see my collection?
It turns out that if inkeeper does automatic login, my name is not displayd. If I try to access my account trough inkeeper it puts me to "collection" account. But If I log in manually, my name madrung is displayed and It then puts me to my account. Collection is not syncing eaither way. Just the inkeeper itself works in overlay, showing my cards in deck during play.
For the past few days, innkeeper doesnt work!!

The app isn't syncing my cards to the site either.
Innkeeper is broken again, confirmed this. I assume it's because AoO was just released.
Hoping the devs can fix it but i understand the annoyance of changes in software

Alright. I have managed to confirm this one. This must have happened while we fixed something else. The cards were in there before.
I will bring this to the devs and see if they can take care of it soon.

There is some conflict within my account.

RESOLVED!
Deleting innkeeper is not enough. I had to go to appdata and also delete the whole remaining folder. It is not uninstalled by itself.
It still loggs me automatically to "Collections" user. I have to sign out and log in every time to get to my account.
