I recently installed version 0.4.30. It starts, but just sits there with the "Waiting on Hearthstone..." and "Open Hearthstone to begin syncing!" messages forever. This persists whether I enter Hearthstone's Play screen or not. Even when I play a whole match and return to the main screen, or restart Hearthstone, or restart Innkeeper, it just sits there at that "Waiting" screen.
On rare occasion, if I leave Innkeeper and Hearthstone running while I go away for 10-20 minutes, it will have synced when I return. This is quite unreliable, though. Most of the time, it never works.

I just learned that Innkeeper reads card collections from Hearthstone by scanning process memory. Is it possible that the problem we're seeing here is caused by scanning memory inefficiently, such as reading through the entire address space? On 64-bit systems, that would be a *huge* memory scan, and it might explain why it takes forever.
Hearthstone Deck Tracker apparently uses a similar approach, yet it works consistently and quickly. Perhaps the Innkeeper developers could find a solution there?
Hey there. Innkeeper is dead. Development has ceased for some time, and this site is shutting down. We are working to bring this functionality to our new home at https://outof.cards.

Bumping this thread as this has recently happened to me. The ol' reliable uninstall and reinstall doesn't work & not quite sure what to do about it.
I invested in Reno cause I heard you could get rich quick, now I'm broke.
Hi
I am currently experiencing this problem too.
