Not sure, if it deserves a new thread. But if there will be some interesting discussion, why not?
I have almost all cards, but I like 1 class and always try to make different decks around it.
But, There is a huge share of HS players, who plays only 1-2 most powerful atm deck. This leads to massive concentration of (for instance) hunters and shamans. (Previously, druids and palas). I don't like such poor variety to play against. And I'll never join it by myself.
What is your opinion about playing most popular (T1) decks? Why so many people just follow mainstream ? (Is amount of victories such good incentive to play simple deck again and again?) Do you like results of it in ladder?
I like exploring a variety of decks from different classes and archetypes too, but after all the testings and the massive input amount of time, if they don't turn out to be competitive and powerful enough to rank, I will end up using the Tier-1/2 decks to climb regardless I hate it or not.
It is just a simple fact that I learn to accept and deal with it, because powerful netdecking saves you lots of time to grind ladder in an efficient amount of time and gold collecting.
This is the words from a Priest fan, now I mainly play Hunter/Shaman/Warrior, and have to put Priest away until Blizz ever gives it some love again.
