So I noticed that in both casual and ladder play the game mechanics seem to match certain decks against each other depending on the cards in each one. For example, when I play my ladder druid I get almost exclusively hunters, mages, and rogues (hardly any other classes except on rare occasions). Similarly, when I play hunter I see a lot of warrior and paladin.
My question is clearly the game mechanics match decks (at least somewhat) based on like decks and cards to some extent. ...but does anyone know exactly how and why it is this way?!

It's all a big conspiracy against you involving the Illuminati
I figured as much...
You get matched up with other players who are the same rank as you, or as close as possible. In casual, you have a hidden rank / MMR. That's it.
What would Blizzard gain from making it more complicated than that?

Anyway, obviously this is a ridiculous premise and this thread won't really lead to anything constructive.
