I think its not only about bugs and glitches, as they stated 2-3 days ago in a bluepost. There's also alot of internal testing and serverside issues that have to be resolved. From a gameplay persepective though i'd say its 2-4 weeks away from open beta.

That's what I meant. I should make the OP more clear. I mean from a purely front-facing perspective
you also have to remember that everyone that opted in will have an invite before the release of open beta, as stated by blizzard
personally i'd bet on open beta in 2 months for a december release, we will all have access in the next 6 weeks
Yeah that doesn't mean anything tho, they could give all opt ins at like 3-4 days before open beta to stress test servers. And open is minimum 1 month away.
Yeah, judging from facebook contest rules, it'll be no earlier than beginning of October, but could just as well be later, with, indeed, a December release. From what I see on streams - the programming side of the game is pretty much almost ready, so they are probably going to concentrate more on balance issues... I'd say you could do it while in open beta, but hey, it's just me. I'm sure Blizzard know what they're doing, or at least that's how I console myself when I think about still not having a beta key.
I dunno, I've noticed a decent number of bugs. Not game-breaking, but a few. Such as:
Cards not appearing at the beginning of the game.
Certain letters disappearing from card text.
Arcane dust counts are wrong like 50% of the time when you've recently disenchanted or crafted something.
Issues with crafting a card (had to restart client like 4 times to craft Edwin Van Cleef)
Visual bug with the end turn button
Sound bug (the one that has the constant shimmering sound -- ugh)
Overall, the game is fairly close but people are screaming that its ready for release and its not. Also, I think some serious balance changes need to be made to the first player/second player balance. Player going second is way too strong right now. Also, the coin should not count as a card for the purposes of rogue combo decks, or anything that would count a card. This is coming from someone who's main deck is a rogue miracle combo deck.

Well, obviously most of those screaming are those without the beta keys... Like me. Whenever I watch streamed games, everything seems perfectly fine. If I was able to get into the game and see bugs for myself... I'd write Blizzard reports and stuff, but apparently they don't care about my opinion. Well then.
My prediction? The open beta will not start for at least a month, so we can throw out any plans for September. More likely, there is going to be the actual game release in mid December or late November, so by that account an earlier November open beta ( or late October if we are lucky) is looking likely. That is assuming they are still planning on a 2013 release of the game.
What if this game is gona be one of those free to play games that call the actual release "open beta" so people cant bash on the game because "it's beta".
This is mainly aimed at the people who are already in beta, but everyone's point of view is allowed.
How many bugs/glitches have you noticed? Any other types of issues?
Edit:
This question is purely from a user's perspective. How finished/polished have you found your experience playing the game?

The BlizzardCS facebook key giveaway ends on Oct 4th. So at least another month.
From what I've seen from streams, the game is pretty polished, but there's still some visible bugs in the UI.
^ Yeah its atleast a month.
After playing the game, there are actually more bugs than I thought, but still fairly close.

My guess: They will anounce open beta at Blizzcon. So then it will be november? :)
That could actually be a big publicity stunt!
Still a lot of bugs but minor. Assuming November?
I say mid to late Oct. From what Ive seen in streams. Might even be earlie Nov to mid Nov.

since lot of people got acess yesterday open beta should be soon or i expect all that registered for beta get acess in 1-2 weeks top
But only a lot of people in the US that still leaves out EU. Or do you think they will start open beta in US ahead of EU?
I feel like they will wait till Blizzcon to announce a release date and open beta date.
