Most cards have some sort of use. People build decks around Alarm-o-bot, and there are some pretty sick potential Angry Chicken combos.
Actually, the most useless cards are probably legendaries. Deathwing is a bad card, for example, because if he gets hit with removal, then you lose the game. Milhouse Manastorm is a bad card because his battlecry is entirely too dangerous.
Well I think I will be DEing most of my cards to make cards that are commonly used in decks (like aldors for paladin). I don't think I'll be going for those cheesy types of decks.
Well, with that mindset, you should set a goal as what kind of a deck do you want to get. All cards can be useful in their own respective terms, even Wisp (Edwin combos)
Just DE the cards you know you will never use, however, if you're new to the game, I'd suggest not disenchanting everything. For one, I had a good Shaman deck, but I hated the whole Overload thing, so I ended up DEing the whole deck only to come back to Shaman a few weeks later without cards.
Well when my brother and girlfriend got into Hearthstone, I gave them a list of commons and rares that should be top priority to craft. If that's what you're looking for i'd gladly give you the list. If theres a specific deck you're looking for, I entirely agree with dusting stuff until you can make the cards you want.

Well when my brother and girlfriend got into Hearthstone...
They're not called Yakko and Dot are they? Because that would be an extremely awkward relationship...
On topic: as people have said, there are cards that are very niche (Wisp), cards that shine in a few select decks (Questing Adventurer), and then ones that will work basically anywhere (Argent Commander). It all depends on what you want to do. Personally I didn't touch the neutral cards and just designated a few classes I didn't plan on playing and DE'd their cards to make my other decks work.
Is there a list of cards that should be DE'd for dust around? I can't seem to find one and idk if some cards are useful or not.
