I expected kvaldir raider to be shit, but so far ive lost 2 games to a 10/10 raider and a 12/12 raider (both played on an empty board, followed up by a taunt. Im not THAT incompetent guys.).
And everyone but me thought kodo rider was shit. Whos laughing now? Kodo rider is f'n awesome!
These two cards are good only if you're facing stupid Tavern Brawl deck because it's so slow and very likely to run out of cards in late-game. In actual ladder, proper control deck rarely run out of cards and aggro deck kill you before you can even play them
If anyone here honestly with a straight face says Hunter is the better deck in anyway, please reevaluate your gameplay towards Hearthstone.
The entire deck solely relies on perfect draws, almost perfect RNG, and Lock'N'Load to boot.
Lets look at mage. Entire deck revolves around the inspire mechanic which synergizes with the Mage 100% of the time. He has Kodorider; complete board control. Nexus Champion, complete control over board tempo. Kvaldir Raider; complete board control and tempo control. Maiden of the Lake, and Drake; full control over the inspire mechanic and full control over any minion with inspire based effects. Blizzard????????
Lets look at the hunter.
Acidmaw and Unleash the Hounds; Great for 1 turn board clear! Ram Wrangler; Wow! I get 1 extra beast? Refreshment Vendor; You give your opponent an advantage! Skeletal Knight; Thank god he has 4 health, now we just rely on a dice roll and hope mage doesn't out-tempo the chance of him coming back. Freezing, Snipe and Bear Trap; Thank God.
The only good card in this entire deck is Lock'n'Load. The Hunter's mana curve is so fucking shitty, you can spam spells and get 50 web spinners to gain board control over 2 Ice Giants!

I've lost every game I've played as Alleria, and won every game I've played as Medivh. Maybe I'm just shit :')
However I nearly lost to a Hunter who played Acidmaw + Unleash the Hounds and wiped out my side of the board. Awesome combo.
Lock and Load, Rhonin and Polymorph: Boar were all pretty good but both decks were so bad.
Meta changes the moment you switch your deck.

Kodo Rider looks great, highly situationally, against a shit deck. That's a pass.
