Sad to see the warrior nerfs (I don't play an OTK deck just so we're clear), but with all the ridiculous OTK giant decks it was to be expected. I'm pretty happy with the nerfs overall. Seeing the same decks over and over in ranked was getting boring. The only nerf that confused me was the Novice Engineer.
It's sad to see warrior cards hit so hard because of one style of play. I was just starting to have alot of fun with frothing berserker and injured blade master combos with rampage + charges and battle rage.
The new charge spell might have some use to me but not until far too late in the game.
I think novice nerf was unnecessary, you took loothoarder or novice. Now it's just loothoarder. Simple combo free card draw.
I'm okay with pretty much everything else though. I'm gonna get alot of dust for my commons at least, 6+ blood imps and Dwarves to get rid of. This is why I never DE anything.
Novice as a 1-1 is just a silverhand recruit now, there really isn't much reason to use her.
OMG. Will you stop repeating this. Does Silverhand Recruit give you a free card draw? No, it doesn't. Novice is still far better than the Paladin hero power for 2 mana.
I think Nat Pagle will gain popularity replacing novice engineers and probably Gnomish Inventor will also increase his popularity due to the novice nerf and the black iron dwarf nerf which will make 2 drops being replaced for stronger drops like Amani Berserker or the young brewmaster and the dwarf being replaced in many decks for the card-drawing gnomish inventor.
Also, Azure Drakes popularity will increase even more for the people who don't want to use Gnomish Inventor as Azure drake is a strong 5 drop safe from priest's shadow words with good ability.
You stereotyping dwarves as black? Huh? You some kind of racist?!
You may not get a card, but you also don't lose the card in your hand (the novice). It's roughly the same thing, you lose a card and gain a card.
You maybe lose a card, and gain a card.
Lose wasn't the right word, SPEND is a better word. To play novice engineer, you spend a card and gain one too. This gives you a 1-1. To play a silverhand recruit, you spend no cards and gain no cards.

Cycling one more card into your deck is far more important and powerful than not.

Nat could see some use now in the meta... he was on the sideline for most of the last 6months

Poetic.

It's not even close to the same. Filler to cycle through your deck is insanely important!

I think this is the rise of turn 6 worgen + charge + inner rage for 18 dmg.
