My main point of the whole thread is that people don't see how busted Lackey Rouge is in Standard, not Wild, but Standard! So much about lower power level of the current rotation. :D The deck is able to destroy several of those Wild abominations (which would make players of other Standard decks cry like a river). :D
That's not necessarily true. The strength of a deck is a combination of two factors, it's power level in a vacuum and how well it interacts with the meta. Standard rogue is a powerful deck, yes, but in wild it's also aided by extremely good matchups and card interactions
As I mentioned before, sap is absolutely bonkers in wild. You have targets across multiple common decks that when sapped, can win you the game on the spot. 4 mana 7/7s, big priest things, void caller pulls, etc. There's also targets that aren't necessarily game winning, but still extremely powerful, like jade golems and merged mechs. In standard, sap is still a great card, but doesn't have nearly as good targets as it does in wild
Rogue is also the king of cleaning up early boards full of small crap while gaining tempo by virtue of their hero power and classic cards. Decks that are vulnerable to this aspect of rogue are more common in wild than standard. In fact, decks that spam many early minions (and rely on those boards sticking) are few and far between in standard
On the other hand, tempo based rogues are weak to burn based aggro decks that don't rely on their boards and heavy control decks that have lots of healing/armor. We don't have burn decks in either format right now (other than rogue itself), but standard has its control warriors and shamans. Wild has its renolocks but that archetype has suffered a massive decline recently due to the creation of darkest hour warlock and the power up of big priest. In general, wild is a pretty hostile place for any deck that looks to remove rather than proactively act because of the power of its combo decks and healing/armor has no place in the format
TL;DR : Standard rogue counters the wild meta a lot better than the standard meta and gets a huge wr boost because of it. It doesn't necessarily mean it's greater than flat power level as the other wild decks
