This might have been pointed out by somebody else, but in that case I didn't know.
So I noticed that in my region the big Rise of shadow bundle is 79,99 euros while in the US region it is 79,99 dollars. As of today the equivalent of 80 dollars is ~71 euros. This is about ~11% cheaper.
It is possible to visit the US battlenet shop by swapping the 'eu' in eu.shop.battle.net/en-us URL to 'us' (it will look like this: https://us.shop.battle.net/en-us) .This will take you to the US version of the shop with all the prices listed in dollars. You can then purchase the bundle in dollars, which is cheaper as I pointed out above. This will probably work for anything you buy in the shop. Don't forget to select the correct region after you selected the bundle for purchase.

It's even better to buy Amazon Coins in Dollars and then buy the pre-order with coins.
I suppose it depends what payment method you use. I used PayPal to pay 79,99 to Blizzard. PayPal then charges me for to equivalent in euro which is approx 71 euro.
Or buy it with Amazon coins and get 100€ worth of coins for 82€, which will get you the big bundle and the single player content.
I'm from Brazil and here the 80 packs bundle cost 160 reais (Brazilian coin), one Brazilian coin is currently ~ 0,26 US dollars, so here the bundle cost about US$ 40 , I don't know if there is any way of buying in Brazilian store from other parts of the world, but if there is, it's way cheaper
Buy U.S amazon coins if you're in the EU. Get a U.S address and use that as your default address on amazon, download nox android emulator, download the hearthstone app through amazon and you're set to go.

Why would I buy in the US store? If i can just buy it from a different region I would prefer the Korean store as it is only 80.000 Korean Won which is around ~63€ and the store can easily be accessed the same way the us store can (https://kr.shop.battle.net/en-us/product/hearthstone-rise-of-shadows) , and supports the same languages. Or am I missing something here?
Edit: Koran store works only with Blizzard Balance that can only be acquired with local currency. Taiwan store on the other hand does work, you'll pay 69,13€ there.
On android is 80 dollars (290 reais) the cheaper price it's only at Blizzard site
I can confirm this works, been doing that for two years now using VPN. Since I buy 200 packs every expansion that saved me quite some bucks.
