One time I hexed a nozdormu and the dust effect never left for the rest of the game
A similar thing happened to me some minutes ago in arena (this time my opponent was a mage and used Polymorph on my Nozdormu, after getting it from Bone Drake's deathrattle):

I can confirm that bug like that exists. However, when I've experienced it, the last spell cast was Psychic Scream.
