As I think more about it my impression is that Blizzard actively encourages netdecking. You really dont need to look further than the new deck creation mechanics to see that they are happy with people only exploring what the meta declares relevant.
I think, then, there are really two ways to look at this: 1) you could be upset when you run into a netdeck in casual, and never know whether the player actually in fact pulled some T1 deck from here or if they simply hit 'complete deck' in their collection; or 2) You could consider that to be the default, and celebrate the special occasions you run into someone playing something genuinely novel.
I think it's fairly sensible to support it in all honesty. People tend to really under rate how difficult it is to build a deck. Knowledge of the cards and what you need to play around tech for etc is really important, understanding curve and mechanics etc is as well. If it wasn't an option or there was zero support, I imagine a lot of people would turn away from the game.
Some people find joy in spending hours tweaking decks and experimenting but others find it incredibly frustrating and difficult to get their head around. Or they simply don't have the time, they play games like hearthstone very casually and enjoy being able to hop in, play a few games and stop. This type of player is important to the game as well.
hey i was wondering when Hearthpwn site decides to fix the option where you can check similar decks that are like 70% the same and was thinking this thread is perfect to ask this because it has something to do with netdecking.

Well, there's certainly no sense in getting upset about it. It's very obviously the normal state of the game, and I agree that Blizzard actively encourages it because the vast majority of players are not capable deckbuilders. Working as intended, complained about only by people who don't understand the reality of the situation.
