i'm tracking each pack im opening in an excle sheet (calculating dust value in contrast to my collection, and card-type(C,R,E,L) i opened) i can say for sure there is no misscounting on my side!
So as long as my information about the pitty timer for epic cards beeing 10 isnt wrong, there has to be a bug or something? i opened 10 packs consecutively getting no epic!
8x 4C1R
1x 3C1R1GC
1x 3C2R
any1 else noticed something similar? not long ago there was a compensation concerning such a bug! is it possible the pitty timers are rigged again?

Hey, another Excel freak, I'm not alone... :D Also, what Asuryan said, were they all from the same set? That's a really important distinction. I have logged 1251 pack openings in the past (nearly) two years, and the pity timers always held for me.
I just did a quick check back in the logs, and I've had streaks of packs without epics as long as 16. The important thing here is that they were a mix of Classic (spectator quest and brawl), Old Gods, Mean Streets (free packs) and the start of the Un'Goro release packs. If I'm looking at individual pity timers, they never go above 10 for me.
Actually, pity timer on regular epics is 10. (source, aside from my own excel) I could say that you should "check your informations before whining", but that would be just mean, wouldn't it? Please try and stay civil...
Well that's really strange then... If you're sure about the same expansion, then I'd suggest writing to Blizz about this. Certainly not demanding any compensation or calling it a bug or anything like that! Only pointing it out to them, that the gap between epics has never gone above 10 before, and now it has... Does it have any significance? Is it to be expected? Maybe they'll look into it.
But do make sure first, that you're correct, because I haven't seen a single confirmed break of a pity timer before (except when it was really bugged a few weeks ago, but that was resolved before KFT, and you would have been contacted anyway if it affected you).
im sure 100% cuase im tracking each pack on its own, which leads to a veeeeeery long pack opening :D i even took a look at about 1k packs i openend (of several exp), never had more than 10 packs between an epic
In KFT I have opened 4-5 epics less in my first 70 packs in comparison to my first 70 packs from older expansions. I am opening 1 epic every 8 packs (on average). Also, I have never waited for an epic more than 10 packs.

so far, i've been tracking all the KFT packs I've opened (68) and the epic pity timer has been working for me
