If you guys look at the interview with Mike Donais (check the main page of Hearthpwn for the article) he released a small bit of new information about the expansion. Not sure if he even realized he did...
"Quest design was kind of like the Old Gods design but with 9 cards (18 with tokens) instead of 4."
This means that every quest will give you some kind of minion, spell, or weapon token. I've seen people speculating on certain quests performing a powerful effect, such as Twisting Nether, upon completion and just wanted to debunk that. It's not much, but every little bit of extra information is great at this point!
