Man, that's a tough one. I've been battling that dilemma for a lot of commons and rares as I've been pulling gold versions of ones I already have. Haven't dusted anything yet because I don't need any, but when I do...not sure.
But I'd say, as with any time this question is asked...is there something you need the dust for right now that dusting one or the other would help? Do you keep other goldens in hopes of one day having a complete set?
The golden one is definitely cool. If you don't need the dust, then I wouldn't disenchant it. If you don't care about aesthetics, then get another legendary because you can't use two.
Disenchant the normal version. Golden cards have a better dust-to-cost ratio, so they're a better long term investment. You're also much less likely to ever open a duplicate golden card.
This is really not a question that can be answered by anyone other than yourself. Do you love Golden cards? Genuinely feel that deep-down love for them? Only you know whether you do or not. If you don't, dust the Golden.
Hi all, i found a golden Bloodmage Thalnos some months ago and i loved it. 5 minutes ago i opened a pack and found the normal one.
What to do?

I always De the regular one even when it's a terrible legendary like milhouse

I normally dust all goldens, but if I had a golden legendary I actually played frequently, I'd totally keep it.

Unless you have a near full collection of legendaries/epics and whatnot, disenchant the golden Thalnos and craft another legendary.
