It is definitely a strong card and it can get out of hand quickly. It works extremely well in both aggro and mid-range builds because of the insane tempo it builds. I think that Blizzard is going to nerf the card within the next couple of months if it is as bad as it is now. Another reason it may get nerfed is because it limits design like Gadgetzan (which they nerfed for the same reason). The more early game deathrattles that could be better that they design, the better Undertaker gets, just like making better low cost spells makes Gadgetzan way better. I think Lil' Exorcist is going to be a good card against these deathrattle decks, to at least stall and trade for your removal to get drawn. We can speculate all we want but in the end we are just going to have to see first hand if Undertaker is going to be a king of the meta.
It is true that she can be weak against certain decks, but i would be running two copies in my decks right now because of the meta and how prevalent deathrattle is. Loatheb is very bad against Undertaker Hunter and Zoo because they can are not hurt by his effect, and I would say that the majority of the meta is shared between the 2, yet he is still ran. Sure he can stop lethal for a turn but it is just preserving one more turn for you. That is a little off-topic, all I am trying to say is if the meta is similar to how it is now, there would be a lot of decks running 2 copies of Lil' Exorcist. It is the same for all tech cards, if the meta is dominated/majority of certain decks and you can count the card not being dead for over 50% of games and can get value, I would run it to increase my overall winrate. tbh we need sideboard tournaments after GvG releases and a new tournament mode for the game. Clockwork Gnome is not that great, he is the worst out of the 3 1drops with deathrattle, Zombie chow has crazy value, and leper gnome gets damage in, but i am sure he is going to be in aggressive mech decks.
I think we have to be patient, because there has to be a nerf for this card, it is just way too strong. The tempo it creates is ridiculous, and if there is no quick answer for him, this card can basically secure the win for you in the first few turns. The way Blizzard does their card change policy is weird and this is probably not gonna happen for months. Look at the Leeroy change...after naxx where Miracle was not all that dominate this was after the out cry of how strong that deck/combo was they finally nerfed him several months later.
Loatheb is bad against Hunter? Unleash the Hounds, Hunter's Mark, Traps. Prevents Zoolock from Power overwhelming, Hellfire, and Soulfire. Also, Spare Parts.
As for Undertaker, I don't think it gets nerfed. With GvG, each class has some sort of cheap hard removal for the card, and it's nobodies fault but their own if they fail to build decks that can deal with the game's most popular cards.

same thing i said, the only reason its so OP is because it gains hp as well
Check out my decks & feel free to make suggestions!
That's why you mulligan for removal against decks who run it.
