So I just introduced my girlfriend to Hearthstone and she has been really interested in it. I myself have been playing for a couple years but never really gotten to in depth. I am now wanting to get a little better and learn together as we play, but I have been stumbling along as I go. I was wondering if anyone has any tips for building a "noob" deck to kind of teach her and myself some more? Also what's the mindset or playstyle that would be easier to grasp for new players?
Sorry if I've done something wrong, new to the forum.
If you search f2p on YouTube by someone like Trump or DisguisedToast you could get a "decent" deck for new players. I also suggest watching Trump's teaching videos that advise you on how to trade win, and what to play when.
In short, I'd say start off with decks where the win conditions and general playstyle/decision making are quite simple & straightforward, (e.g Midrange type decks or Aggro). In coaching, I would go with the basics and focus on fundamentals (e.g. what are good trades) before dealing with more complex stuff (e.g. What is tempo and how to gain/maintain it). In doing so, you'll probably end up improving your own playstyle as if you can explain it, you better understand it.
I'd also like to give you props for getting her interested, couples who game together are awesome. :D
Formatting decided it doesn't like what I'm doing so I'm leaving this in the messy state it is as the more I mess with it, the worse it gets.

I would recommend working through the few articles listed Link Removed: https://hearthstoneplayers.com/welcome-new-players/Link Removed: https://hearthstoneplayers.com/welcome-new-players/as well as looking at some Youtube videos (such as this here).
