Basically other heroes we could use in place of the current ones, sticking with the current Hearthstone theme of lore characters. In the WoW TCG there was a -huge- number of heroes to use and it'd be awesome to see it here! So I'll stop spouting nonsense and start us off!
So I figure things can go in two directions, we'd see a large amount of heroes with tons of different hero powers, or blizzard could go with 3 heroes for each class one for each spec, I went ahead and made Farseer Nobundo here the Resto spec shammy! I'm unsure if his heal should be perhaps 3 points since you have no control over who you're healing, and as it doesn't specify injured characters it could be potentially wasted :P
Following the greedy roguish theme Garona's an assassin, and work doesn't come cheap! Her hero power would allow for combos and while you're losing one mana to get a mana if you've got no plays you can prep up your upcoming plays!
Being the host for the demonic god-like lord of the Burning legion happens to have its perks... like being a Demonology hero! Medivh is very clearly made for the demon decks and uses a watered down warlock spell, with the side effect of taking a damage.
Had a really hard time with Hamuul, if anyone has suggestions on a better hero power for him i'm all ears, he's apparently a Guardian druid (I think?) so it was some sort of tanky thing or buff and chose the latter.
The overwhelming urge to make this arrow firin' badass' hero power 3 damage was neigh overwhelming but it felt far to strong, the current version feels it may be a little strong since it all but garentee's minion destruction for the first few rounds, would it be better if it was re-worded to characters so the damage hits hero and minions?
I had to go look at all the one cost spells in an attempt to decide whether or not this may be to OP, but since it adds it to your hand its technically three mana to make use of it, should the card be free since you're paying the two mana for a one mana spell? Also some more o dat RNG Priest!
Time for the mage who's cooler than a cucumber! I was going to go with kael'thas for a horde based hero (Well racial wise) but couldn't help going with Khadgar, I've placed him in the Arcane Mage department (Kael'thas would have been fire but they gave Jaina firebolt! She's a frost mage dangit!) So the ideal is just completely spell based as you can see! Is Considered +2 spell power but the thought of a turn three 5 missile arcane missiles felt to stronk.
Prot paladin! While uther may be dispensing justice Lady Liadrin's goal is the protection of her people, her hero power gives temporary defense as giving all your minions taunt for days could be seriously op it will only give one minion taunt, random at that until the start of your next turn.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST!
The great Alliance Commander, possibly the most renown warrior of azeroth and was such a great hero the prince of stormwind was named after him. As a commander Lothar's primary intention is rallying his soldiers to victory, as shown by his hero power! And thus ends the first nine heroes! Please feel free to drop your own hero ideas here! (Even if its not a class ingame!)

I will assume that these new heroes do not come with new class cards and the only difference is the hero power so:
Farseer Nobundo - I do not see how that synergies with the Shaman class so here is my suggestion for a replacement power:
Garona Halforcen - My favorite of your ideas. I can already see the Gadgetzan Auctioneer like effect for this hero power. How about, tho balance it a bit out and also synergies with Mill Rogue "Give both players "The Coin".
Medivh - Seems nice and it also synergies with Demonlock.
Hamuul - I do not no what you intended with this but it seems a bit OP. My suggestion so it can go well with something like, say, Beast Druid "Transform a minion into a beast". I know my suggestion is not that good, though.
Shandris - I also like this one. Maybe to further force the "Control Hunter" it could be "Deal 1 damage to a random enemy minion and to the enemy hero.
Sen'jin - Like Khadgar, it can only gain real value at turn 3. It's still a good power because it goes with the other cards that Priest has.
Khadgar - Seems like a good one and balanced since it can only actually gain value at turn 3.
Lady Liandrin - It seems a bit OP (don't no why) but it still keeps the "Buff minions" type of thing that the Paladin currently has.
Anduin Lothar - Don't really like this one. Warrior's thing is either Enrage, Aggro or Control and this doesn't seem like any of the three.
Over all, I really liked some of them but the others maybe not so much. Keep up the good work!
A class can have different heros but only 1 hero power. If you want different hero powers you can divide the classes into specs (talents) like in WOW. Amaz did something similar. He made a spell that appears in your hand as the game starts that determines your spec (talent) throughout the game.
Other than specs, you're going to have to implement new classes in order to have new hero powers.
@Roric Aye just new heroes (Though I do have a craftshop for cards here too), and thanks for the feedback! I plan to post more here and I actually gotta say i really like your suggestions, I'll likely have the changes up soon, The beast druid synergy is a great idea for the hero power, as for Lothar I figured the increased trading abilities and damage just felt like a decent idea, maybe I'll work on something for weapon synergy instead.

My ideology here was to do a throwback to the WoW TCG, which had a horde and alliance hero for each class with each card set, and later on had things such as Scourge heroes who used abilities of one class but equipment from others (Death knight abilities and priest equipment for example), then you had the Legion heroes ect ect, so that's really what this is, just something fun to do and toy around with new ideals!
I have more heroes coming, both Classes and some that i'm sure we won't see anytime soon! Also feel free to post your own hero ideas and so on :D

Okay! Replaced the shaman hero power and i've come up with an alternative to Hamuul, please say hello to the troll drood!
It should be noted that the (1) less doesn't go away. I liked this over Hamuul as it felt less op and more in line with the mana play druids love.
I'm playing around with ideals for a new Warrior hero, probably Varian that will have better synergy with the Enrage keyword.
