Hey guys, I was working away on my fan made expansion when I came across this guy named Cho'gall on the internet. I was interested, so I looked up the story behind him, and decided to make it a warlock legendary.
According to what I've learned from the wiki, Cho'gall was a two-headed ogre apprentice of Gul'Dan who basically tried to resurrect the Old God C'Thun, and his body was monstrously deformed in the process. I wanted to play with the idea of Old God's powers corrupting other players, so check it out:
Which version is better?
I am still fairly new to crafting cards, so if you guys could give me some feedbacks on its stats and spell card, it would be great. This card is just something I whipped up a while ago...Maybe the spell card should be changed?
Edit 1: Spell card's cost went up to 5, damage went up to 5, and it deals damage at the start of the turn.
I'd rebalance it to deal the damage at the beggining of the turn at least. Beucase as a 7 drop you could just put it down and straight up lose the next turn, meanwhile baron geddon deals at least 2 damage to the enemy garanteed (and all his board).

You got a good point. I am also thinking of changing the damage from 4 to 5.
You could make it more complex by doing it like Ysera's cards. "Give your opponent a Nightmare/Corruption card." and make several cards like the one you've already made.

I thought about it too. If that happens, would I have to increase Cho'gall's cost, like how Ysera is 9 cost? Or since it puts cards into your opponent's hand, would it work differently?
More cards in the pool of Corruption/Nightmare shouldn't increase Cho'gall's cost I think, it's the value of these cards he can give that decides it. Ysera's cards are OP so if you make these less OP, Cho'gall can cost 7 or less I guess. Maybe even give your opponent 2 cards of Corruption/Nightmare at the end of every turn xD, then only half as strong each of course.

On second thought, I am actually thinking about making C'Thun itself have the effects of this card, and change Cho'gall's effect to something else..But then again, would that be too op for it to be a neutral?
Hard to say before you've presented all the cards, but neutral legendaries can be just as OP as class legendaries, it's just that the class have exclusive access to something.
Considering the lore, C'Thun should be a neutral card since it never has been on any class' "side or represented a class, it is something on its own. If it should be a card at all :p Depends how strong most people think it is. I personally don't think characters like Sargeras or any of the titans in the Pantheon should be a card, too stronk

Updated with full card lists. Still wondering if its stats are reasonable..
