I don't think he is overpowered as Legendary cards are a huge part of control warrior and this would've made you have to create an entirely different deck!
P.S. Not the best at getting images into posts, but I tried my best.
I would've liked a little more constructive criticism. You have to remember that you wouldn't be able to use cards like Sylvanas, Ragnaros, Ysera, Grommash, Elise, Geddon, Justicar, Harrison, etc...
You seriously underestimate how big of an advantage a guaranteed 10-life-advantage is. Lack of legendaries would hurt, yes, but not quite as much to equalize that advantage. Play magni, build generic budget pirate warrior, win all the time by recklessly outtempoing every other deck out there, since you don't have to pay attention to your own life.
Ah yes, I didn't even think about it in an aggro deck. Do you think being a slow 5/5 would be a disadvantage as it is almost a dead draw for face warrior? Or not enough of a drawback?
I loved the design mechanic of Prince Malchezaar and wanted to try it out in another way. Thank you for the feeback!
OP - I get where you are going. I think that an extra 10 armor is a fair trade-off for not being able to play other legendaries, assuming that Warrior only had slow archetypes like the various flavors of CW.
But as the previous poster mentioned, Pirate Warrior would literally be unbeatable with this card. Even Dragon Warrior is fast enough that it could play this and out-tempo most other decks given a 10 health head start.

It could be a 10 mana 0/1 and would still be played. 10 armor is like using the hero power 5 times - that's 10 free mana before you even start the game.
Way underpowered in a Control deck as losing those legendaries that are key to the deck is not worth 10 armour, probably closer to 20.
And yet overpowered in a Tempo deck. xD you'd need to find a way to make it only tempting to take for a Control deck, then buff how much armour it gives.

What are you talking about? armor makes no difference for pirate warrior, that deck relies on killing you fast, before it runs out of cards or you stabilize the board. Literally every win against any type of aggro warrior was a concede while they were at 20+ health but ran out of cards.

No, it wouldn't. Also there is a difference between 10 armor and starting with Y'shaarj so his "10 free mana" argument is completely pointless.
I'm definitely not complaining about the Legendary Warriors received for MSoG, but I would've loved to have seen something along these lines...

No, starting with 40 life and an enabler for shield slam is not overpowered at all, lulz.

I agree with these other folks, but I like the direction you were going. I think more of these "at the start of the game" effects need to happen!
Thanks for the feedback everyone! What if it were a 6 mana 4/4 with the same effect except gain 5 armor? Still too Overpowered?
It wouldnt be overpowered at all. Pirate warrior tier 1 with an extra 10 armor? what is wrong with you people

It's hard to see how you could win as CW with no other legendaries. Maybe if taunt warrior/goons is a thing?
