Looks pretty great in mech decks. Possibly good outside of mech decks in tempo. The Spare Parts are a good way to spend up unused mana so you don't fall far behind when you don't curve out.
OMG NO! Undertaker seems very powerful in this expansion as well.

did they change the ability to deathrattle? I remember it used to say battlecry.. they nerfed auctioneer because of this card, but its not really that useful without the battlecry ability....
