With so much bgh around i think this guy is worth playing. Your opponent can't ignore him, he is out of bgh range and no one is expecting it. I've been running him over the last few days and killing it. Anyone else giving Trogg a go?
He's good every time the opponent can't kill him with board + weapon + minion buff. In all the other cases not so much.
I find that generally the worst case scenario is that they trade the board and you get a 2 for 1 (which isn't that bad). Personally i barely ever run up against weapon classes except for the odd pally. Priest and druid i see to no end
I only found him an use in Token druid and tmepo rogue, that way i still have a body for FON/tempo respectively after the trogg is removed, otherwise Loatheb does his spell hindering job way better and for cheaper mana cost.
I run him and think he is great. I think he isn't liked as much because people can't see how he is affecting the match whereas Dr. Boom comes out and you can see his effect immediately.
He really is amazing especially against Priests, Paladins, and Druids. A paladin tries to use his removal other then minions and you have two Troggs on the board and one is already buffed. Every class that depends on spells to clear minions is pigeon holed.

Every time I've played Troggzor I've felt like an idiot for paying 7 for what is, in many cases, a vanilla 6/6.

My comments refer mostly to the wild format.

great card. even against priest's shadow word you still get another trogg out of it...
