Although i agree that the hunter DK is kind of on the weak side with the battlecry, I've been playing a LOT of it as of late and the hero power can potentially straight up win you the game if you get a good combination. Not to mention it gives him so many unpredictable options. The only problem with the DK is that you lose your previous hero power which in some cases lost me games as I ran out of instant damage output.
As for valeera, I haven't met many DK rogues yet (let alone many rogues) But I've seen some miracle rogues and they are freaking scary, making the DK even better seems like a bad idea to me.
Also the expansion is not even out a week. at any time the premature meta we got atm could change into something completely different.
It's so cute when completely clueless plebs set out on a mission to "fix" cards.
Malfurion DK is "weak as piss" huh? It's probably the best DK in the set... I haven't gotten around to craft Valeera DK, but I'm pretty damn sure it shouldn't cost less than it does. At 6 mana, it would be ridiculously OP in any case. Have you even read and understood what the hero power does?
Edit: The problem with Rexxar DK, btw, isn't that the AoE isn't strong enough. The problem is that the card is slow and super high value. Hunter doesn't do either slow or value, they need to finish the game fast.
Looks like someone doesn't know how to read. What I said about malfurian is pretty much "In a vaccuum he's awful, but because of the class he's in it's good".
Valeera on the other hand I was exaggerating a bit with. I feel they're a bit weak as a 9 mana card but 6 mana was going a bit far with it. They'd be fine at 8.
Apparently it's you that don't know how to read. Go back and read your initial post about DK Malfurion and you'll see that you said that the DK is really weak, but druid doesn't need more strong cards. The DK is not weak, it's very strong. There's no such thing as a card in a vacuum, druid has ramp and innervate.
I don't think Valeera designed to fit into standard miracle really, since auctioneer is probably rotating out next year, so Blizzard is likely planning down the line for future Rogue archetypes. That's why it appears bad. I think in something like Jade Rogue it stands a much better chance of being good since it can clone your jade activators and fight for the board much more, or in Mill Rogue, since a free turn with no damage in that deck is probably enough to swing a bunch of otherwise unwinnable games.
...
Having played 5 or 6 rogue decks this expansion, and none of them Miracle, I can confirm that this is the case. Valeera is really good at furthering pretty much any game plan that doesn't aim to finish by turn 9 or draw the entire deck without her anyway so long as you can clear the board to give you time to do it (Vanish is more than sufficient here). If you need more answers, more card draw/generation, more jade, more damage spells/cold bloods for a finisher, more minions for the Quest (both before and after completion).... she'll give them.
The idea that she should cost 6 is ridiculous: she is already fine at 9.
So Rogue have to be able to play something in the same turn than a win-cond card just because is rogue? in that sense even VanCleed is a bad card cause you need to play him after a lot of cards so you cant protect him and make it very big normally. Come on Rogue legends most of the time never let you play something after you play them as normal.
I would never call Valeera a win condition considering out of all the games I've played trying to make them work they've only actually won me 3 games. That's why I feel they are weak, they just plain don't do enough. Paladin's DK gives you some extra healing and removal with the weapon, Warlock's DK has an immediate effect on the board, Priest's DK has an immediate effect on the board and gives you a ton of extra damage, Mage's DK can bring you back from the brink of death and give you excellent control for the rest of the match, Shaman's DK can high roll and win you games by itself (or low roll and cost you games), and Warrior's DK gives them a decent weapon to use as removal as well as a hero power that enables some of their strongest cards (Execute, Sleep with the Fishes, Blood Warriors, Armorsmith, etc.).
Rogue's DK just... doesn't. It makes it so you can't be killed by direct damage for one turn (on turn 9+ so it's pretty much only useful against mages and only if you already popped their block and can kill them before their next turn) and then gives you a hero power that's just an extra copy of 1 card per turn that can't have its cost reduced and makes managing hand size harder. It's really just not that helpful and as it is I can't see it being used in standard 2 weeks from now.

I already said I was exaggerating with that.

I just need to point this out, but technically even if I were completely illiterate and had no idea if what I was writing was actually what I intended it to be it would still have the same meaning to me meaning it's impossible for me to not know how to read based off of something I wrote myself. That's just basic logic mate.
Anyway, In a vacuum means "standalone". Standalone, Malfurian is pretty trash. Druid having other high powered cards that synergize with it is what makes it good, it is not good on its own. This can be proven extremely easily by just running it in a deck that doesn't run the synergy cards. Why are you even complaining about this when I already stated I think it's fine and needs no changing? Is complaining about irrelevant shit your hobby or something?

You were acting like a douche and claiming that you've written something that you clearly haven't. If you intended something other than what you wrote, well... then that's on you.
I know what "in a vacuum" means, I'm telling you that it's completely irrelevant since nothing in a card game is ever in a vacuum. A card is exactly as good or bad as the environment it finds itself in, i e DK Malfurion is a very good DK. Fandral Staghelm would be terrible in any other class but druid, but it would be retarded to argue how bad it is in a vacuum.
If complaining about irrelevant shit is my hobby, then clearly stating irrelevant shit is yours.

What do you think of a new shaman DK:
6 mana Battlecry - freeze all enemies. Hero power: deal 2 damage. If the target is a minion, freeze it too.
This hero card can be used in the future freeze deck-type and also in control shaman decks overall.
