I would have liked it better if it was more like "all spells in your opponents hand cost 2 more" because it is a more practical effect and has more 'skill' involved than just preventing your opponent from comboing for a turn. That being said, I don't see it being nerfed and honestly I have a feeling it's very FotM and will largely go away soon. It's only good against decks with crazy spells like miracle rogue, and even then only for 1 turn; otherwise it's an average 5/5 for 5 mana.
Blizzard has stated numerous times recently that they have no desire to nerf cards. They would rather add new cards to counter strong cards. Which is what will happen.
Loatheb is fine as is. He is not always the deciding factor in games, especially against decks that are just going to play minions in response to him anyway.

It seems to be an auto-include in more than half the decks, and auto-include neutral cards have had a long history of being nerfed.
Do you think it'll eventually go the way of Defender of Argus (used to be 3/3), Argent Commander (used to be 4/3), Nat Pagle (used to draw card at the end of turn), Tinkmaster Overspark (used to be 2/2, but transform target was chosen by caster), and Sylvanas Windrunner (used to cost 5)?
Is there any other Naxxramas card that you think might eventually get nerfed?
