Of course to elaborate, what I'm saying is that what if, when you play Elite Tauren Chieftain, you get to pick which of the 3 Power Chord cards you want in a method similar to Tracking, but your opponent still gets a random one.
I don't actually think it would be overpowered, because as it stands your opponent gets their Power Chord card plus a whole turn's worth of mana to work with immediately, while you've got your PC card plus whatever is leftover from playing Elite Tauren Chieftain. Sure you get a 5/5 body to work with NEXT TURN, which, 33.33% of the time, is fairly easy for your opponent to Rogues Do It... + Spell Power/ping (depending on class) for literally free since they didn't spend an actual card from their deck to do it, and then play the rest of their turn.
I dunno, I just think it would make the card actually playable in most peoples' eyes. I personally run it in a Warrior deck I play a lot because getting one of the PC cards is so synergistic with my deck it can be a game-changer while getting the other two definitely isn't the end of the world and can still be put to good use. From my personal experience, I can attest to how easily ensuring you get the card you want could make Elite Tauren Chieftain competitively viable as more than a gimmick card. And of course, the downside of giving your opponent a card is still there.
