Okay, so we have new/changed heroes. Trying to look at their power level; I'd like peoples' thoughts as to if they agree.
Edwin: +2/+2 for 1 coin is decent, assuming buying two buffers. One buffer just means +1/+1 which is a bit weak. Only starts to go late, though, only occasional use earlyish if you can fit it in, which can be tricky.
Sylv: Basically a 1-cost (as you'd otherwise sell for 1 coin), slightly worse Shudderwock for most menagerie builds, without the murloc synergy for things like bagurgle, coldlight oracle, and so on, which is 'Wock's best strength.
Rafaam: Wow? Seems crazy. Get a token producer T1, for example, sell the token if you're not against Brann, Rat, AFK, or someone with a 2/4 demon (which you can see beforehand), and there's just the 2/3 murloc and the 1/1 taunt divine shield that stop you snowballing hard. Mid-late, free stuff, zap targetting stuff like lightfangs... Can be negated a bit midgame by solid play, but you're still getting a coin for later. I presume these don't impact the pool of available stuff?
Millicent: +1/+0 is... rather good if you're going for a divine shield/cobalt strat. Locks you into mechs, though, which can hurt with others' good cuts.
Lich: Never used her originally (never offered); not tried her now. Should be decent, but will take time, and a few hundred rating, to get used to.
Patchwerk: Seems balanced, tbh. Makes it a much riskier pick, and the amount if times I've stabilized in single-digits as old-patchwerk... Need to get used to where the line to ride is.
AFKay: Owch. No more highrolls of early rover/cleave to buff, or early Bolvar. But still, higher chance for power 3s like cobalt, so should be okay still.
Rat king: Earlygame nerf will hurt. Still should be decent, it's enough to outmuscle a lot of stuff early. Hit by the nerf to lightfang, too, but that's not as major, IMO. We'll see.
Great azam-whatsit: Fair, fair. I've been known to hit 3 IBs before. One is usually just enough to squeak into 4th, so this one is kinda more hit by the rating changes, IMO, for higher rated players.
