I would really like Blizzard to consider changing how match making is made around the time for new cards (mini-sets and expansions).
It would be cool if you would face others with new cards in their deck. I would not care if I got matched against a player who always ends in top 50 legend, if he is playing new cards. I don’t know what a sufficient number of new cards, that should be required to get in the new cards pool when match making, but it should be more than one. Perhaps three as a minimum of new cards would be good.
A bonus would be that you would face others with Nozdormu the Eternal on the 15th, if you have him in your deck.
This would make match making better in my humble opinion.
They would have to acknowledge that they control who you are matched against based on the cards in your deck and they like to pretend that they don't do that.

Would they? (and do they?)
Could be announced as a new feature (>‿◠)
