Anyone catch this thread earlier tonight? (guess it was removed from reddit nvm)
I saw it and unfortunately missed the key he gave out but it was still a really cool gesture. What do you guys think? Nice guy who believes in the hearthstone community, or psycho who threw his key away?
My guess is the key never existed. Notice he says, PM me more keys so I can do it again. Well if someone wanted to do it, they could just do their own post. Makes no sense. It is on scam levels really.
Also, the guy making the post was a new account. The guy winning the key, also a new account. Guy probably is hoping someone PM's him a key so he can get into beta.
Buy a Hearthstone beta key for 20 bucks? There are people paying a couple hundred for those, you won't find someone selling theirs for 20 bucks. And nobody said they were selling anything? Where did you get that?

Pretty much this, people are doing anything and everything to get keys atm, never trust reddit, lol.
Based on the info it sounds very much like a scam, but the idea that someone who received a key they don't want would give it away is a nice one. I can't say I would be equally unselfish though.

He could have posted his own key, then made an account saying he claimed the key to look good :P
Sadly I trust people more than I should ^_~

Definitely option B: Are you crazy you cant trust the internet
If you see a bad post on the forum use the report function under it, so I or someone else of the moderation team can take care of it!
that's actually quite genius. i wonder how many people actually get that to work?
No buying or selling beta keys on the forums
