I don't have a bunch of dust, nor staple legendaries, but am sort of close to building jade druid if I spend all of my dust on it, I have around 500, and have somehow pulled aya blackpaw out of a free pack and have nearly every important gadgetzan card for the deck, however I'm sort of missing staghelm, auctioneer, living roots, mulch, a second nourish, any loot hoarders, jade blossom, jade idol, and a jade behemoth.
I want your guys' opinion as to whether or not I could get up pretty far in ranks without straghelm, or is he too important to build the deck without, and whether or not it's worth spending pretty much everything I have earned so far on the deck. I REALLY don't want to spend all this stuff on a deck and have it go to hell when the meta settles and it turns out that jade druid could be horrible and I'm left with a useless deck that can't get me past rank 17, which is as far as I can currently go.
Edit: note that I have EVERY standard adventure card. I am also wondering if I could be fine without kun the forgotten king.
Jade Idol, Jade Blossom, and Jade Behemoth are all core cards. If you do not have a full playset of Jade Idol, Jade Blossom, Jade Spirit, Jade Behemoth, and Aya Blackpaw DO NOT TRY TO BUILD A JADE DRUID DECK. You're going to lack the necessary consistency for the Jade Golem mechanic, so the rest of the discussion about what cards to include and substitute for is going to be meaningless because core cards to get the deck functional are missing.
As far as Loot Hoarder goes, that's not strictly necessary as I'm using it in place of Raven Idol because it seems to help with the warrior matchup. Other cards that I'm using to help with that matchup are 2xSen'jin Shieldmasta and 1xDruid of the Claw, and Bloodmage Thalnos. YMMV on those cards, tho.
Fandral Staghelm lets you do some pretty awesome swing turns so you'll be able to make it work... but it won't be as good.
Gadgetzan Auctioneer can be played with, but you're losing a lot of late game draw potential with him. If you're gonna craft him, try with one, and see how things go, then craft a second if you want to explore that direction. I'm only going with one, others like two - you're call there.
Nourish is practically mandatory at two, as I need it for draw (as I generally don't ramp with Nourish). This is one of the cards that I try to combo with Fandral Staghelm because that combo turns Nourish 3 mana draw 3 cards and play Wild Growth twice, so you can do something like Fandral Staghelm + Nourish + Feral Rage to gain a 3/5, 3 cards, 8 armor, and an effective 4/1 weapon that turn at the cost of 3 cards.
Mulch and Living Roots I'm not currently using, but they're still solid druid cards, and I may use them later.
If you can install Innkeeper, sync your collection, and post your deck we might be able to see if it's possible to help you build a better Jade druid deck =)
