It's random sadly. It won't summon 2 of the same but there isn't an order of how they're summoned. Source is the stream earlier and the video that showed the paladin knight reveal
great question, one that I do not know the answer for, however you could just circumnavigate that by using a quick combo to finish the game instead, just a little OTK and avoid the brewmasters altogether.
Is there a cycle?
Will the hero power only spawn #2 if #1 is in play?
Will it auto spawn #2 after #1 even if #1 is not in play anymore?
Are they all the same??
How would if work if you play 3 from hand and then hero power for the fourth?
I'm wondering all this because I want to make a control paladin list with youthful bremasters and an ancient brewmaster.

it works exactly like shaman hero power

See below as an example
The problem with beardo is that you can't realistically get enough coins to be able to hero power 4 times.you would need 2 coins.
Hp#1=2 +
Beardo=3 +
Coin+hp#2=1 +
1 cost spell+hp#3=3 +
Coin+hp#4=1
That is the only way to pull it off with 10 mana
Or you can wait till one sticks
