Hi all. i have collected enough dust to craft another legendary and im doubting between some posibilities. Before vote plz take in consideration the following things:
-I'm a pure f2p player. So resources are limited
-i play and consider craft cardsthe following classes (in order of importance) Tier 1: Mage Tier 2: Paladin, Priest, druid Tier 3: shaman, hunter, rogue. I almost never play neither warrior or warlock ( yes i know they arethe better classes but im a old Roleplaying player and dont like them for lore)
The legendaries i have in my tier 1 list of craftables are:
Ysera Always a control finisher. Will fit in control pala ( if i dont craft tyrion yet,) in priest ( dragon and control) and maybe in greedy druid.
Tirion Fordring One of the best class legendaries of the game.In july goes for craft aganish Antonidas and lose. Fits in almost all paladin decks.
Harrison Jones the head of tech cards. In next months, when the dust of TGT settlesi asume well see mostly warrior, paladin and warlock ( and maybe hunter) as meta so he'll always will be useful. The problem is a tech card that has a ooze as cheap sustitute.
Bloodmage Thalnos Always useful but never to be a priority. Fits in a lot of decks.
i have also tier 2 "to craft" like malygos, justicar and chillmaw. But i dont think i need them as badly as the aofremonted. Bu if you think i should agregate another legendarie to the tier 1 list ill hear your reasons gadly.
Well, considering you are playing mostly Mage, it would be logical to craft Bloodmage Thalnos. However, Bloodmage Thalnos in Mage is no where near the power level of Tirion Fordring.
It is also important to take note that Bloodmage Thalnos is used more often in Freeze Mage than other tempo list, so this could be a factor.
Ysera is a good finisher in control decks, but I feel like she is too slow and getting worse and worse as expansions are release, since there are more synergetic cards offered for each deck each expansion.
Harrison Jonesis a beast tech card when Warriors are in the meta. But it's a tech card, so sometimes you will play it in every decks you build, and sometimes you won't play it at all. I also feel like Harrison Jones [/card]is suffering from the same problem as [card]Ysera though, and it's starting to get hard to fit it in a deck since there are much more pro-active options. It is also important to note that Acidic Swamp Ooze can be a budget replacement for Harrison Jones.
In the end if I were you I would just craft Tirion Fordring because he is such a powerhouse in almost every Paladin deck, and is impossible ti budget replace him. The only reason i'd craft Bloodmage Thalnos in his place would be if you plan on playing Freeze mage, or if you play a lot more aggro Paladin.
I would go with Tirion. He is the heart and soul of just about every non-aggro Paladin deck and there is no substitute for him.
I would put Ysera as a close second. I tend to disagree with one of the commenters above. I think she has become much more useful since the release of TGT. She is an auto-include in Dragon decks and she is being played much more often in control warrior now. She is on the slower side, but in a control deck that makes it into the late turns consistently, she just wins games.
I love Thalnos and Harrison as well, but I would put them further down the list. You pretty much only ever see Thalnos in Freeze Mage and Oil Rogue (even though I try like hell to squeeze him into other decks). Harrison is very situational. Even when you see a lot of weapon classes, he often only draws one card. That's definitely some expensive card draw. He is incredible in the right situation (like denying the Death's Bite deathrattle when Patrons are clearly coming next turn), but he is very often an expensive, worse Yeti. Even the Doomhammer dream doesn't usually work out well. He is certainly worth having, but not above Ysera and Tirion.
Good luck deciding. Let us know what you end up doing.
Judging from your preferences (mage, pally) I'd say go for Tirion. His value is irreplaceable in a control/ midrange paladin.
Mage for Thalnos only if you love playing freeze mage or oil rouge. It is actually the most recent legendary I crafted. Ysera mostly work in a CW or priest deck so doesn't seem to be your top priority.
Harrison, ah, I'm thinking about crafting him too. But like many mentioned here he's a tech card and replaceable by Ooze.
First of all thx to all of you who have voted/posted. Finally the winner is Tirion. Next one on the list will be ysera, justicar, Bloodmage or harrison :)
yes in july 9th was my birthday and have to chose between Antonidas and Tirion. objetively Tirion is a better choice but i want more antonidas. i dont regret it, Antonidas is and aditional win condition for almost all mage decks. Tirion i play 10 games with it and only could use him twice ( medium-control deck for fun) one help me win and the other was polymorphed :)
And yes ysera can be substitued better than tirion. i usually use chromagus instead her. Also today i get confesor paletress from a pack. ill try her instead of Ysera in dragon priest. Seem to be worse election on paper. but havent try her yet
Ysera is my personnal favourite, but i recently crafted Tirion, and he has helped quite a bit.
So, for me its like this; if you are playing a lot of Paladin, go with Tirion, if you want a legend you can use in a lot of control-y decks, go with Ysera
Ysera is awesome, just make sure to force opponent to spend his removal on some false threats. If Ysera survives for at least 2 turns, you'll almost always win.

-i have the following usable legendaries: All five wings of Naxx/BRM Archmage Antonidas Dr. Boom Sylvanas Windrunner Alexstrasza Cenarius Ragnaros the Firelord and some of tier 3/4 that ill not mention here.
The legendaries i have in my tier 1 list of craftables are:

Well hope I could be of help.
Well Met!
Bloodmage, make that freeze mage
Tirion since you play paladin more and he actually has the most affect on your current gameplay
