After spending fruitless hours trying the highly-ranked Priest and Paladin decks on Hearthpwn.com to beat Heroic Kel'Thuzad and not coming close, I gave this deck a shot and won handily on my 2nd try.
On my first atempt, I made a play mistake and yet still came much closer than I had with the previous heroes. Furthremore, I didn't have to mulligan and concede if I didn't get the right cards, and I didn't need the perfect draw.
Phase 1
This deck burns down KT's armor quickly so you have a decent chunk of life left when he stops freezing you.
Phase 2
In general, the minions aren't that strong and you'll have many of them, so whatever KT steals doesn't have that big of an influence on the board. What makes them strong is their battlecry pump effects and deathrattle summon effects that help the deck effectively trade and race.
I was able to safely Life Tap many times as KT cannot threaten your life total effectively without a board presence.

Someone has recommended Shadowflame to clear the 5/5 taunts. I didn't need it at all, but if you're struggling with that part, use it to sacrifice a 5-power minion to wipe his board.
Won on my first try for heroic mode
This deck worked for me. I cleared his armor on turn 4 and won the game on turn 8. Only took 3 tries.
where can i find a deck that would actually work not sure why the moron that made this deck posted this doesnt work at all you lose by turn 5

I can't even break his armor with this deck, soon as a belcher or abomination shows up it's over.
Beat it with an undertaker zoo after about 5 tries. It's definitely doable with the write start and follow up like the rest of Naxx. Thanks for the idea.
this deck is absolutely terrible, not only against KT, but in general, you can do anything against his 5/5s once the armor turns
Does not have enough punch to beat KT. Lost 10 times and gave up.
This deck is great until you break his armor--then you either don't have something big enough to deal with his 5/5 taunters or you do and he takes it. It just runs out of steam too quickly to win.
Just wanted to post I beat KT with an almost identical deck first try. Actually, I just used my standard ladder Zoo deck with no card changes. The key is to go for the face all the time, trading minimally and only when absolutely necessary. Against KT, you cannot play control style. This is the same principle for the Paladin Class Challenge which has stumped a lot of people, it has to be played like a Shockadin, flooding the board, going for the face, and using Divine Favor to refill the hand.
Ending Phase 1 as soon as possible is important, as it stops KT from doing free damage every turn to you. He will almost never use his second hero power if he can play cards from his hand. Don't play around Twisting Nether, all decks lose to that due to the massive tempo loss that KT can rebuild so easily after a board wipe.

Absolutely not. Each time I pushed armor, I had favorable trades set up to kill the 5/5s the next turn.
