This is my self- dubbed perfected Barnabus list. It is FAST, it hits HARD, and it WON'T STOP
Play out for quest completion aggressively, using your defensive options as necessary
mulligans:
Always keep quest, tortollan forager and elder longneck and 1x innervate
keep shellshifter and celestial dreamer combo behind coin, or bittertide/stranglethorn with innervate
Learn to understand when a stealth minion should or should not attack to set up follow-up turns when the tempo allows it.
Thanks to Bonemare and Ultimate Infestation, I see this list as good as it gets for consistency and hyper-aggression. Once quest is complete, thanks to the wonderful draw of mark of y'shaarj, nourish and ultimate infestation, these cards are insane enough, trust me.
I understand a few of these cards are difficult to obtain. I would strongly suggest if you are missing up to 3 cards to consider 2 Emerald portals and Medivh, although it is slower and definitely a "win-more" card in this list.
Maybe when I get a new computer. I plan on buying one soon

I can try to learn how to soon... I was planning on buying a new computer in the near future. I haven't owned one for a while :p
I imagine some players are avoiding the "right" elder longneck drops or mulliganing incorrectly if they are unable to draw well most of the time. The curve is very low to give that consistency in stats / effect, with a heavy focus on big taunts and quest completion for mild to huge tempo shifts
Drawing into celestial dreamer or faceless shambler is often ideal and allowed or opened up for value through innervate or elder longneck (stealth or divine shield innervate mark are two of my favored picks, or others when relevant), while terrible to keep in the starting hand very often.
I will burn cards into doomsayer to complete a quest a turn sooner, because the shift is so huge when it's done
You could try out ticking abomination to help out with the early game a little bit more. Having that slot occupied with another 4 drop with 5 attack should be helpful with keeping the rest of the dick consistent and stabilizing the board early, I'd still consider using faceless shambler behind it sometimes I think. Just try not to wipe your board out
If there is one other card to put serious consideration into for this list, it is Fatespinner. I've been thinking about removing one Hydra for it
