In all occations you can keep a hand like coin/prep/spell/cleef or something that makes van cleef big in early game or ur questing. :)
Guide
VS CONTROL
You need control of board in early game with using ur spells and u have to wait the perfect time for making one good van cleef or questing turn or spells turn with actioneer and play ur giants. Many times u have to ignore the opponents board if is not so big threat and smorc a little so u can set an early leathal and push your opponent to waste some cards!!
VS AGGRO
So here you need every time from the start until the end board clean and board control.
The play style is the same with the only difference that you make every trade u can so u can have good early game and after win the game with giants or big cleef ,etc...
VS QUEST ROGUE
Many asked me about how i win against quest rogue. So the answer is that u ignore early game board and go to push her as much as u can and finally after building a big questing or cleef and giants wins her.In this game u have to smorc as much as u can.Key play is to try "protect" her igneous elemental with a play like questing +coin+sap or questing+prep+sap or prep+sap+cleef etc...
Every question u have about this deck u can comment below.
I changed the deck a little (-2 swash +2 hallucination -1 actioneer + 1 shadowstep ).
At 150+ votes up u will have video playing this deck !!!
Thank you a lot :)
Really good points there
LITERAL WORST MIRACLE PLAYER EVER LUL ! Realizing mistakes right after they are done D: ! Still got to feel the power of Miracle Rogue though like the good ol' days 4Head ! THX 4 SHARING!!!
Nobody is sharing your trash plays.
Nice try BlackDatsun but we all know that the only viable Rogue deck for ladder right now is the Quest Rogue, sadly.
I've been trying so many different kinds of Rogue... Thief, Jade, Deathrattle, Miracle... The class is just not strong enough in this meta.
Rogue is my fav class due to actually needing a brain to play it. I love hallucinate, and beneath the grounds, huckster, Edwin... all amazing designs. But I don't know why Blizzard prints such amazing cards that you can never play cos of all the aggro.
I seriously think that their design team has no clue on what they're doing. I mean Jade Druid kills control & Quest Rogue has forced aggro. Now the meta is full of Secret Mages that just iceblock and hit you in the face. WAKE UP BLIZZARD!
I've been climbing fine with Miracle (Dogs list: https://disguisedtoast.com/decklists/2666-rank-1-legend-giants-miracle-rogue -1Questing +1SI)
Currently rank 2 with consistent climb. I think its underrated. Not sure about this list though.
Lol, quest rogue sucks :)
Quest Rogue sucks or you sucks?
As much as I HATE facing Mage after Mage on the ladder (I agree with your point on that), I don't think Rogue has ever been in such a great spot.
We have Jade, Deathrattle, Quest (ew), C'Thun, and not to mention all the various forms of Miracle. Idk about you guys, but I have been SHREDDING it with a sort of Jade/Miracle/N'Zoth brew I've made. It eats aggro alive, and has plenty of burst to kill control (yes, even Mages with double IB). Also, C'Thun Rogue is about the most hilarious thing to win with. To the opponent I'm sure it looks like a typical Miracle Rogue, until I start bouncing Disciples and Blades and smash them with a 30/30 C'Thun. Priceless. I've only lost with that deck due to shit draws, like C'Thun and Blade in opening hand, Mimic Podding C'Thun on turn 3, etc.
You say you have tried Thief, Jade, Deathrattle, and Miracle. How much have you tried them exactly? Miracle seems to be one of the best decks to ladder climb right now. Thief will likely always remain crappy (albeit fun), but Miracle is very poised in this meta with the right tech. I highly recommend giving C'Thun Rogue a try. It's MUCH harder to play than any other Rogue deck I've played, but once you get the hang of it, it's sooooo much fun and very effective. You sound like an experienced Rogue player, so it shouldn't be too difficult for you.
Any rep for bully and Slayer's??
dont play it again then :)
Similar deck on hsreplay is at 53% win rate with 23k games played.
https://hsreplay.net/decks/Rx2A3dqMZ3rYTztaCg7VWd/
Pretty sure your minor changes did not increase the win rate by 33%.
This is a completely different deck...Different game play different strategy...
At a glance, about 25 of the 30 cards are the same. 'Completely Different Deck' is a stretch.
Rep for shaku vilespines and bully? Cheap ones pls.
You can replace shaku or bully with 2nd auctioneer or 2nd SI7 agent, but vilespines are really important
How does this fare without the pirate package? Tbh it seems a bit suspicious, as this deck has no board for the first few turns and less activators for early Cleef.
I'm generally not a fan of Miracle Giant, but is this worth a try?
i didnt exactly.I just saw that 2 actioneers are too much and shadowstep is one of my favorite cards in miracle
