Delay until you can deal thirty or more points of damage with Zombie Chow in combination with Umbra (and copies of Umbra), the Baron, Embrace the Shadow and Circle of Healing for the coup de grace.  Throw in the occasional Flash Heal and Hero Power if need be.

Fails against Warrior with lots of armor and has no immediate answer to Ice Block although you can tech against the latter.

Don't be afraid to draw extra cards with your card-drawing minions by adding Baron.  Baron not necessarily needed for the game-ending combo if you have more than one Chow and has a habit of surviving a turn with its high health anyway.
