The difference between his 2 lists is what he's targeting. The previous "face" secret Hunter was part of his targeting SHAMAN lineup. This lineup is aimed at Warriors. So you get a little beefier midrange list.
I also think he realizes that if Hamster makes it through, it's going to be an issue with his previous lineup. If you look at the changes (plus the exclusion of Warrior from his own lineup) he's made some very smart decisions against the field.
My Hunter deck is set up in a similar manner but I put N'Zoth in the deck as the high mana card instead of Ragnaros. The Hunter's Deathrattle's have nice triggers which work in a unique fashion from most N'Zoth decks.
Once your opponent deals damage to everyone the summons actions activate and the board fills back up again.
probably more useful as an activator for kill command/ hound master
That's what infested wolf is for. secret keeper is better imho.
