Here is a deck I just made and quickly defeated Heroic Vaelastrasz.

Mulligan for Innervate, Hobgoblin, and Murloc Tinyfin or Wisp. Play them all immediately and if the Hobgoblin survives there is a good chance you can beat Vaelastrasz down.

Also, try to use your Naturalize only when his hand is full.
