All you have to do is mulligan for a Rare Spear.  Almost any card he casts will pump it up.  Only way he has a chance is if he really lucks out on the hero power.

 

 

Edit:  Swapped out Injured Kvaldir for Coliseum Manager, and even more useless card for him.
