That's like freeze magy or maly lock(rogue) thats rly interesting deck. i have a lot of fun with this one

1 warlock pwned me no luck getting velen - he seems key

yeah I am having no luck - never seem to have any with OTK decks sigh

The decks not bad but it does lose to quite a few matchups in particular like control warrior, combo druid, freeze mage and maybe secret pally if we don't get clean board clears while they refill their hands with divine favours. I would say the biggest weakness to this deck is whether or not we can get enough draws in from our clerics and acolyte it does require a bit of luck.

That's how combo decks work in general though.

Remember, card draw is more important than your life in this kind of deck.

 If you really want to use Brann, I think adding  healbot could be nice. I play a different style of OTK and wonder how easy it is to meet your win conditions, considering there's no smite, thalnos nor alextrasza. Could you exlpain me why you opted for this style, is it just to test OTK with the expansion cards or do you think its better than older priest OTK decks?

Thats not really an explanation. Any OTK's deck goal is to keep the board clean and draw for your kill combo. Holy Smite and Bloodmage Thalnos allow you to get  a 30 damage combo in one turn. I also use Auchenai Soulpriest and Flash Heal but in my experience its harder to meet the conditions to OTK with them because Auchenai Soulpriest costs 4 so you would need to have Auchenai Soulpriest, Prophet Velen, 2 Flash Heals and a Mind Blast in your hand to play Emperor Thaurissan. With Holy Smite and Bloodmage Thalnos it suffices to have 4 of your 5 combo pieces and you dont have to save Auchenai Soulpriestwhich is a major board clear in these decks.

I only played a couple of games with your deck, and don't play a 100 games a day, so can't really judge but having played a lot of variations of OTK priests I'm doubtful about consistently reaching lethal range with this deck and the use of Coldlight Oracle as card draw because it helps your opponent. Acolyte of Pain with Velen's Chosen and Wild Pyromancer gives you at least 2 card draw if played well.

Now I have to admit my deck risks card burns more because I rely heavily on Acolyte of Pain and I don't use Justicar Trueheart which must give you an edge in long games (however Holy Fire and Alexstrasza help in that department).

EDIT: Sorry didn't notice you changed your deck, GL with the try-outs! I'm considering trying zombie chows as well because they don't need another combo piece to be played.

Did you  make it to rank 4?

good to know. ive been struggling at rank 5 (keep dropping back to 6) and priest was my original class and i often get my best results from priest so I'll give this a shot
