Your goal is generally to apply early pressure with minions, don't trade much if it's not a value trade for you, because you will eventually start losing board control midgame. In the midgame you can play some of few midgame threats and go almost always face with minions, because you need to get him in range of your burst. Ice barrier and ice block can help you stall at least 1 more turn to try to draw into your wincondition. It's important not to use both frostbolts early for boardcontrol, because you want to combo it with ice lance later for a finisher (Unless you prepare opponent for fireball/pyroblast finish, or of course have lethal)

There are some decks like that, but I have never seen flamewaker aggro with these secrets and they are good for 2 reasons. 1. last longer to give you more time to find lethal. 2. Make your opponent do inferior moves to play around mirror entity/counterspell.

In mulligan you always want mana wyrm, mad scientist and apprentice and leper gnome. You almost always keep frostbolt leper gnome and usually loot hoarder. Against mages and hunters keep kezan. If you have coin and 1 mana spell you can keep flamewaker for strong turn 3. You can eventually keep it if you have good curve. Never keep thalnos fireball pyroblast or ice lance.

I don't know much about matchups, because I have not played this deck much, so far from rank 12 to rank 8, this is approximate.

Good matchups. Face/midrange hunter, handlock, tempo mage. You just race facehunter, your secrets give you more time to burst him, but you should establish board control with help of flamewaker, early spells or minions and hero power. Your secrets help you a lot here. You can fight for tempo with tempo mage and try to get him as low as possible to finish him with spells. For handlock he helps you getting more damage with tap and you just play aggressive, draw cards and try to finish him with spell combo. You can usually race midrange hunter and kezan helps a lot.

Probably good matchups: Freeze mage, your burst, kezan, loatheb are deadly for him and you play most of your minions early anyway, so blizzard/flamestrike is not much problem. Oil rogue, mech shaman, or aggro paladin I assume you are favoured against them.

Normal matchups: Midrange/control shaman, midrange paladin, both depend on draws. druid-I think you have advantage over classic combo/ramp druid, but wall druid is a not very good matchup. Mech mage-depends on draws.  Zoo depends on draws, but you are little unfavored. You usually lose board control, but if you manage do get enough face dmg early to them you can surprise finish them with some spell combo-they usually help you with taps.

Bad matchups: Control warrior-You can win pretty good if he has bad draws, but if he has taskmaster, axe and/or armorsmith early you will have it hard. Patron warrior, hard to win, your only hope is to either burst him down fast, or setup some combo spell kill, because his early game counters your early game well. Healadin-Luckily it's not very popular, because you will hate setting up lethal just to get him use healbot/holy light/loh/guardian to survive one more turn. Priest. Priest is generally antiaggro, so you will have it hard. Wild pyromancer, deathlord, nova, circle combo, cabal/shadowmadness help him a lot. You should try to pressure him as much as you can to finish game early with spells, but deathlord ruins your day.

If you have any questions/suggestions/replacements just tell me. It's not the final list I have this deck about 3 days now, but it works ok, I think it can have potential esp. if there are lot of hunters/handlocks. And best thing is that it's not much expected. People usually assume they are against classic tempo mage or mech mage, so you can surprise them.
