And we are at the second boss! Hope you had fun on EZPZ Heroic Garr because this one is quite nasty since getting down his 50 Armor and 50 HP + watching that your ManaPool is spent EVERY TURN so you don't get insta 10dmg of his Hero Power and dealing with Living Bomb and Flameheart that gives him MORE armor...

Well nuff said. Let's go.

This is how real men beat Heroic bosses. No Alex! JK.

So as said, Heroic Baron Geddon is nasty. Huge armor(50), huge HP pool(50), nasty Hero Power(0mana -> 10dmg if you have ANY unspent mana crystals) and nasty spell (Living Bomb and Flameheart).

But there is always a solution! I beat him on 2nd try with this deck. If you do not have Echo of Medivh then this deck might help you beat him.

However, you will need 1xIce Block. I would have died turn before as you see on the screenshot if I didn't have it. Maybe there is a way or lots of luck to do it without it but if you don't have both Echo of Medivh and Ice Block it might be a good idea to look at other classes for this encounter.

Hint: If you have 2xMolten Giant, use them instead of Sea Giant
Hand: Mad Scientist + other 2 or 3 Mana cards. Good stuff is Acolyte of Pain and Secret (Ice Barrier to help with some face punches).

This will be a long fight and you will need to plan AHEAD. You can do that by drawing as much cards as possible (Use your hero power on Acolyte...) and using "Return to Hand" cards so you can be sure you can fill up the mana quota for the next turn.

You will get burned by his hero power 2-3 times. That is guaranteed. Even 4 is cool if you are ready with Ice Block and used Ice Barrier.

Since the boss has 100 points to get down, you will want to use Duplicate on Molten Giant. While you will trade with the boss a bit, when you see opportunity - FACE. Also in this encounter, Ethereal Arcanist is just too awesome since he is 4 mana so you can return him to hand if he is affected by Living Bomb or if you need to spend mana pool later in the game and he grows FAST.

So basically, playing secrets to get more Molten Giant cards and Ethereal Arcanist are your way to victory.

As mentioned before, while he has some nasty minions, you can do quite good using even Fireball to the face. Use Flamestrike, Blizzard and Frost Nova to remove even the strongest of his minions.

This is not an easy fight but it is quite fun when you get some hang on it on how to properly save mana. Some RNG luck is needed but it is really up to you to manage your resources.

Rest of the cards are self-explanatory and are to be used against minions if needed but most go to face.
