Since the strategy with Kel'Thuzad as only minion and replicating it with Gang Up works perfect when you get Gang Up until turn 2, I was searching for alternative decks with the same strategy which can defeat the Grim Guzzler. It turned out to be possible with Malygos. It is not as successful as it is with Kel'Thuzad, but it is really fun. On turn 4 with 3 Malygos on the board your spells are incredible strong and it is even possible to win on turn 3 (but only if you are really lucky :D )

If you can play Gang Up on turn 2 it is not a winning guarantee like it is for Kel'Thuzad. The followong cards are quite helpful:

Backstab: On turn 2 you spend your whole mana for Gang Up. However, with Backstab you can most likely kill a minion.

Fan of Knives: Good play on turn 3 to clear the board. Also possible to play on turn 2 with Preparation

Eviscerate and Shiv: Good to kill a minion if necessary or to attack face

Preparation: Allows you to play Eviscerate, Shiv, Sap or Fan of Knives on turn 2
