Festival of Legends can seemingly be categorized by it's amazing common cards. Cards that are just insane like Annoying Fan temporarily locking down a minion, Stereo Totem giving +2/+2 per turn, and Rolling Stone being a conditional 3/3 with rush for 2 mana. Just tons of fantastic minions. This deck utilizes the strong minions of the set to cheaply and efficiently take out your opponent. The focus of this deck is to always be building and developing your board while efficiently trading with your opponent's minions. I hope everyone has fun and good luck on ladder!
