About Polkelt, you can change "Doomcaller" or "Stonehill Defender" (I would change Doomcaller).
About Winrate, i don't know an exact number. But im my games i have a little bit of struggle playing against "Resurrection priest", any kind of "Control warrior", and "Face hunter"...
PS: Sry for not having the exact winrate :S
