Edit: I got the deck to 66% this afternoon after subbing out chenvaala and an arcane missiles for 2x Novice Engineer. I generally was losing when I wasn't getting my key cards or working my way through the deck fast enough. This seems to have really helped with consistency. Enjoy

Hey y'all,

After making legend this month decided to tool around trying to find some combo OTK decks. Maly Druid, Rougue and Warlock were fine, but predictable and didn't feel great to me. So I started messing around with Kael'thas Sunstrider and came up with this deck. This to me has been the most fun and consistent with a 55%-ish win rate when played in garbage legend. This deck does great against slow developing decks, which right now are pretty common. So Priest (one of the reasons I wanted OTK), Rogue, Mage, Warlock can all be good matchups. Hunter, demon hunter, Paladin and spell druid (if they draw well) generally beat you, but they are winable games if you're lucky. Shaman depends on what they are--totem shaman and evolve shaman will win but quest, spell or highlander variants you can do well against.

It's a very straightforward deck. You're waiting until turn 9 or 10 when you can play something along the lines of: Kael'thas Sunstrider, Sorcerer's Apprentice, two 0 mana spells, Pyroblast, two 0 mana spells, pyro blast, and extra burn if you need it. I've easily hit 30+ damage multiple times with this deck.

It seems like that's a hard condition, and getting to turn 9 or 10 can take some patience. So here's how you get there.

Your mulligan is pretty much only looking for Incanter's Flow, Arcane Intellect, and Gadgetzan Auctioneer. So you want draw and you want spell discounts. Sometimes you want to keep Ray of Frost, especially if you are facing aggro.

First part of the game is being patient. Don't worry about taking some chip damage. if they only have a couple threats on board just leave them. I sometimes ping all the way through turn 6 if they aren't developing quickly. Once they start building a board you need to get defensive. Flame Ward is good against early boards if you have it. otherwise, you're mostly looking to stall with freezing spells and Mirror Image. You want as many 0 mana spells in hand as long as you can hold them.

Chenvaala is in the deck, but this is not a primary strategy. I've thought about removing him/her for more card draw, but sometimes it's fun to play. So don't waste your 0 mana spells.

On turn 6 or 7, hopefully you have an auctioneer with a bunch of 0 mana spells. If you have been able to play Incanter's Flow, you can draw 5+ cards in a turn. Sometimes it makes sense to wait until 8 (if you can afford it) to play an auctioneer with an apprentice to get more card draw.

When you have a hand with Kael'thas, an apprentice, and evocation, and some burn, you can generally hit the OTK.

Fun list that I haven't seen a lot. Very frustrating to your opponent. If you hate priest, this is a great way to torture them.
