Turn before the OTK play Emperor Thaurrisan to reduce the cost of the combo from 13/15 mana down to 8/9 mana

Knife Juggler, then buff it with Deathspeaker. Play Grim Patron alongside Possessed Villager and finish it off with Defile, in some cases you will need two.
