The Worst deck in Hearthstone just got better?

The Goblins vs. Gnomes upgrade to the 7 max deck is capable of a whopping zero damage, this deck literally can't do a single point of damage to your opponent.

It still has one Sacrificial Pact in it though so Good ole Lord Jaraxxus is still trembling in his boots. You could in fact get rid of the Sacrificial Pact and put in a Drain Life and have a deck with no win condition that deals two damage instead.

After theorycrafting a little more I realized that the Warrior has a deck that also has zero maximum potential damage and here it is.
